Guarderia con visitas y nuevos

La gran sorpresa hoy fui la visita de LANA! Esta preciosa y como sus papas se van la próxima semana un par de dias de viaje, ella estará con nosotros un par de días!
The big surprise today was a visit from LANA! She look`s beautiful and because her owners go on a holiday for a few days, she`s gone stay with us at the shelter!

También visita desde Finlandia, y como tenemos a Rita que habla el mismo idioma.......ella pudo explicar como es un día de voluntaria en la guardería

Hoy entraron 2 nuevos!...aunque no se quedaran en la guardería!!!! Cada uno estará en su casa de acogida! El chico de la foto arriba se llama CONGOtiene un par de años y es muy bueno ! En la fotos de abajo esta CRASTI, también todavía bastante joven y ya aprendí en su casa de acogida algunos comandas!
Today 2 new ones entered!...... al do they won`t stay at the shelter!!!! Each one is gone stay in a foster home! The boy in the photo above is a few years old and is very nice! we called him CONGO .In the photos under you see CRASTI, she is also quiet young and already learned a few commands at her foster home!

El cachorro LILLY ya tiene una casa! Mariella vino hoy con su amiga para llevarsela despues del papeleo de ADOPCIÓN! Que suerte para Lilly! Seguro que nos mandaran fotos de ella con el tiempo!

Der kleine Welpe LILLY hat ein Zuhause! Mariella kam mit ihrer Freundin und unterschrieb heute die Adoptionspapiere. Nachdem der Papierkram erledigt war, entließen wir Lilly in ihre neue Zukunft. Viel Glück & Danke für die Adoption!
Puppy LILLY has already a new home! Mariella came today with her friend to take her home after all the paperwork for the ADOPTION! What a luck for Lilly! For sure they will send us some photos after a while. THANK YOU FOR ADOPTING!

Petra nos trajo hoy desde su trabajo los padrinos de vuelo. La pareja Rink volveran a Alemania el domingo que viene y llevaran algunos de nuestros " niños".
Petra brachte heute von ihrer Arbeit unsere nächsten Flugpaten mit. Das Paar Rink fliegen am Sonntag nach Deutschland zurück und nehmen unsere "Kinder" mit.
Petra brought us today flight attendants from her work. The couple Rink go back to Germany this Sunday and they gone take some of our "kids" with them.

y desde hoy estan con nosotros DUBAI y SOFI, los dos estan preciosas y asi su casa de acogida puede descansar un poco , porque ahi hay muchos!!!!!!!!!!!!
und seit heute sind DUBAI und SOFI im Tierheim. So können ihre Pflegestellen sich ein paar Tage ausruhen.
Hoffentlich werden diese beiden süßen Welpen auch bald adoptiert!
and from today on DUBAI & SOFI are with us at the shelter, both are beautiful and like this their foster home can take some rest, because they have a lot of our foster "kids" at home!!!!!!!

Primero hora de mañana ya vinieron por GUIZE!!!!!! Su adopción fui hecho el sabado pasado y hoy vinieron por el! GUIZE se llamara a partir de ahora TIKI y su nueva casa esta aqui en el sur de la isla!
Früh morgens wurde GUIZE abgeholt, der schon am Samstag adoptiert. GUIZE heißt ab heute TIKI und er bleibt bei uns auf der Insel Gran Kanaria!
Early in the morning they came to pick up GUIZE!!!!!! Last Saturday they made the adoption and today they came to take him home. GUIZE from now one is called TIKI and his new house is here in the south of the island.

Tambien vino Sabine, ella adopto en Diciembre del 2008 a SHALU y la foto aqui es de el cuando lo adoptaron. Ahora vino en el avion con su mama y pasa sus vacaciones con ella en el hotel. Sabine vino desde Alemania para recoger a Linda. Asi el domingo que viene LINDA viajara tambien con ella a su nueva hogar con Sabine y Shalu. Linda se llamara entonces LILLY
Heute kam Sabine vorbei. Sie adoptierte vergangenes Jahr im Dezember 2008 SHALU (rechts- Foto seiner Adoption ). Beide machen hier auf Gran Kanaria in einem Hotel Urlaub. Shalu durfte natürlich mit! Sonntag geht es zurück nach Deutschland und dann wird Linda beide begleiten, denn Linda, die bald LILLY heißt, wurde von Sabine heute adoptiert.
Also Sabine came today, Sabine adopted SHALU in December 2008 (the photo here is from when she adopted him). Now he came with his mother to have holiday at an hotel. Sabine came from Germany to adopt LINDA. So next Sunday Linda will fly together with Sabina and Shalu to her new home and they are calling her LILLY.

Today we celebrated the birthday of DANIELA!!!! She did get X years and the cake was fantastic!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIELA AND MANY MORE YEARS!!!!

y hoy nos trajo Riny y Cor a Lilly y Elly. El jueves vendran interessados en adoptar a Lilly y asi lo tenemos mas cerca en el sur. Lilly se fui con Lorena y Elly esta mientras tanto en la casa de Michèle.

und heute brachte uns Riny und Cor, Lilly und Elly. Donnerstag kommen Interessenten für sie. Ab heute werden beide in getrennte Pflegestellen untergebracht. Lilly wohnt nun bei Lorena und Elly geht zu Michele.

And today Riny & Cor bring us Lilly and Elly. Thursday some people will come who are interested in adopting Lilly and like this we have her more close here in the south. Lilly went home with Lorena and Elly will stay with Michèle.

Puedo pasear libre (sin correo) y tengo bastante ejercicio. De vez en cuando puedo visitar el encuentro de Podencos y claro ahi paso el dia fenomenal!Pero tambien voy a la escuela y claro se de sentar,sitio, y mucho mas.Lo mas que me gusta es el juego de buscar porque en eso soy el mejor con mi olfato!

morgen feiere ich, nach Euren Berechnungen, meinen 3. Geburtstag! Schon fast ein Jahr lebe ich nun in der Schweiz und hab meine Familie fest lieb und halte alle fit! Mit Basati, der alten Greyhündin, verstehe ich mich gut, auch wenn sie nicht mit mir spielen will. Da ich viel frei laufen darf, hab ich genug Spielgefährten. Von Zeit zu Zeit besuche ich einen Podencotreff, da geht dann wirklich die Post ab und ich tobe mich total aus. Aber auch die Hundeschule besuche ich, kann natürlich schon lange Sitz, Platz usw.,aber am Meisten mag ich Suchspiele. Da bin ich mit meiner super Spürnase einfach unschlagbar.

"Tomorrow we celebrate my 3th birthday. I live now for 1 year in Switzerland with my new family who loves me very much and according to them I`m in a good condition! With Basati, the old Galgo, I am very good friends even though she doesn`t want to play so much anymore . I can walk free (no leash) and I have plenty of exercise. From time to time I visit the hunting hounds meeting point and there I have a phenomenal day! But I also go to school and of course I know how to sit, place, and much more. The most I like is the game of fetch because in that I'm the best with my nose!

Today we made the first photos of the dwarfs which were left in a box in front of the plantation in Salobre. All 5 are in perfect condition and the love the food KILINA puppy!

ANAHI tiene nuevas huchas!!!
Ahora tenemos nuevas huchas recaudadoras que ponemos en varios lugares (por ejemplo en SPAR CITA), en el sur de Gran Canaria. Anahi no es sólo una protectora de animales, pero también nos encanta nuestra naturaleza. Por lo tanto, tenemos ahora las huchas de medio ambiente para el futuro!
Poco a poco vamos a sustituir las huchas desechables para los del medio ambiente, porque son un poco caros, eso llevará más tiempo y los viejos todavía se utilizará.

Wir haben jetzt neue Sparbüchsen, die wir hier in verschiedenen Standorten ( z.B. bei SPAR in der CITA) im Süden von Gran Kanaria aufstellen. Anahi ist nicht nur ein Tierschutzverein, sondern wir lieben auch unsere Natur. Daher wird in Zukunft, umweltfreundlich gespendet!
Die Einwegsparbüchsen, ziehen wir nach und nach aus dem Verkehr und ersetzen sie durch wiederverwendbare Plastikbüchsen.

We now have new collecting boxes which we put in several locations (ex. SPAR in CITA) in the south of Gran Canaria. Anahi is not only an animal welfare organization, but we also love our nature. Therefore, we have now those environmentally collecting boxes for the future!
Little by little we will replace the disposable collecting boxes for the environmentally ones, but because they are a little bit expensive, this will take some more time and the old ones will still be used.

GUARDERIA/ADOPCIÓNES/TRABAJO DURO

Después que todos los perros salieron por un paseo en la calle paso Petra jaula por jaula para dar una extra a los perros, mientras otros tomaron un café.
Nachdem alle Hunde ihren Spaziergang hatte, ging Petra Zwinger für Zwinger, um jeden Hund ein extra Leckerbissen zu geben. Andere ruhten sich bei einer Tasse Café aus.
After all the dogs went out for their walk, Petra past all the cages to give something extra to the dogs, while others took a cafe.


Margot vino con su hermano Patricio para llevar a DONA a su casa. Conosemos a ellos ya hace muchos años y podemos estar tranquilos sabiendo que DONA va a tener una buena vida con ellos!
Margot kam heute mit Bruder Patricio, um DONA mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Wir kennen sie seit vielen Jahren und wissen, dass es Dona dort ein sehr gutes Leben haben wird.
Margot came today with her brother Patricio to take DONA to her new home. We know them for a long time, so we can be relaxed, because we know that DONA is going to have a good life with them.

Tambien volvi hoy Odovar con su madre para llevar a PAGE a su casa! Que alegria !!!!!!! Podencos no son solo perros cazadores, tambien pueden vivir en la casa sin problema ninguna.

Heute kam auch Odovar mit seiner Mutter zurück, um Page mitzunehmen! Welche Freude!!! Podencos sind nicht nur Jagdhunde, sie können auch ohne Probleme in der Wohnung gehalten werden. Danke für die Adoption!

Podencos are not only hunting dogs, but they also can live very well in a home without any problem. THANK YOU FOR ADOPTING HER!!!

Y....despues vino el trabajo duro! Nos vino muchisimas sacos de pienso, todo regalado. El trabajo fui duro con el calor pero es para la buena causa! Manolo y David volvieron despues para recoger mas y ellos terminaron con la lengua en el suelo! GRACIAS CHICOS POR VUESTRO TRABAJO!
Und dann gab es noch viel schwere Arbeit für uns! Heute kamen viele Futtersäcke, alles geschenkt. Bei der Hitze war die Arbeit um so härter, aber es war ja für einen guten Zweck! Manolo und David kamen später zurück, um die Rest abzuladen. Danke Jungs für Eure Arbeit!
And...... the hard work started! Lots of feed sacks came in, all given. It was hard work with the heat, but it was for a good charity! Manolo y David went back later to pick up more and they finished with their tongue on the floor! THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR WORK!!

Con los voluntarios de siempre todos los perros salieron y tuvimos hasta tiempo para limpiar un poco!
Wie immer, wurden die Hunde, von unseren fleißigen Helfern ausgeführt. Danach war noch Zeit, zum Sauber machen!
With our regular volunteers all the dogs went out for a walk and we had time left to clean a little bit!

Al medio mañana vinieron a ver nuestros perros....ya hay algunos que tienen interés en Dona la Pastor Aleman...y otros en los podenquillos!
Es gab am Vormittag auch einige Interessenten für Dona - die Schäferhündin und für die kleinen Podencos.
In the middle of the morning some people came to have a look at our dogs..... some of them are interested in Dona the German Shepherd..... others in our little "podenquillos" (hunting-hounds)!

Salimos en la hora de siempre en cuando llego a casa...me comentaron que en el vivero del Salobre dejaron una caja de cachorros con la mama!
Nachdem alles getan war, fuhren wir nach Hause. Kaum zu Hause angekommen, wurden wir benachrichtigt, dass in einer Plantage in Salobre, eine Kiste mit Welpen steht!
When we left at the usual time and came home...... I was told that there was left a box with puppy`s with their mother at the plantation in Salobre!

Menos mal que estuve David hoy tambien y fuimos por ellos. La mama NO es la mama...es una perrita joven de menos de 1 año! Los cachorrors tiene los dientes saliendo hace poco.........

son 3 hembras y 2 machos!
Zum Glück war unser Tierschutzhelfer David heute auch da und kam mit. Die Mama war nicht die Mutter, sondern eine junge Hündin knapp 1 Jahr. Die Welpen 3 Weibchen, 2 Rüden haben grad erst ihre Zähne bekommen....
Thank goodness David was there today as well en we went for them. Eventually the mother is NOT the mother..... she is a young dog of less then 1 year! The teeth came out recently..... and it are 3 females and 2 males puppy`s!

Ya dejamos despues de desparasitar y pasar el frontline la hembrita en la guarderia! Se lama ahora en su nueva vida; RUBI
Nach der Entwurmung und Parasitenbekämpfung dank Frontline, ließen wir die Hündin, die RUBI getauft wurde, im Tierheim.
After de-worming her and putting some frontline on her, we left her at the shelter! In her new life she is called RUBI

Tambien los peques perfumamos con Frontline y este noche les toca la desparasitacion. Menos mal que tenemos a RITA nuestra voluntario con un poco de espacio en su casa y pudimos dejar los enanos a su cuidado!

As well on the small ones we put some Frontline-Perfume en tonight they will be de-wormed. Thank god we have our volunteer Rita with some space in her house, so we could leave them there and she can take care of them! Thank you Rita......

Das ist weder das erste Mal, dass Menschen kleine Welpen einfach auf der Straße aussetzen, noch das erste Mal dass Menschen , kleine Welpen einfach in Müllcontainer werfen!!!!!!!!!

NUEVAS ENTRADAS

Aunque tenemos un STOP de entradas.....gracias a nuestros voluntarios y casas de acogidas no tuvimos dejarlos atrás.
Heute Samstag bekamen wir viele Welpen!!!!!
DARUM können wir vorerst keine weiteren Hunde aufnehmen, da auch unsere Pflegestellen schon überfüllt sind.
Today, Saturday a lot of puppy`s CAME in!
Although we have an entrances STOP… thanks to our volunteers and foster homes, we didn’t have to leave them back.



ELLY y LILLY (Elly es la mas clarita) fueron dejado por extranjeros en la policía de Maspalomas. Cuando nos llamo la policía nos comentaron que tenia ahí 2 cachorros de unos 2 semanas........ Pensando que no pudieron comer solos fuimos por ellas. Resulta que tienen unos 8 semanas, seguro que van a ser de raza grande...pero son para comérselos.
ELLY und LILLY (die helle) wurden von Touristen in Maspalomas bei der Polizei abgegeben. Uns hatte dann die Polizei mitgeteilt, sie hätten Welpen von 2 Wochen. Da diese ja noch nicht in der Lage sind allein zu fressen, fuhren wir schnell hin. Allerdings mussten wir feststellen, dass die kleinen bereits mind. 8 Wochen alt sind und zum fressen süß.
ELLY and LILLY (Elly is the clearest) were left at the Police Station of Maspalomas by tourists. When the police called us, they told us that they have 2 puppy's from about 2 weeks old…so we went for them, thinking that they couldn’t eat by themselves. Eventually they’re about 8 weeks old and we are quiet sure their are going to be big dogs… but they’re lovely.

PENNY y PETTY (Petty es la negra) fueron dejado en una perrera donde sus últimos días de vida casi llego. Stella no pudo dormir mas y el día siguiente paso por ahí para llevárselas. Son unos mezclas de Pinscher/Ratonera, no van a crecer mucho y tienen muchas ganas de vivir.
PENNY und PETTY (die schwarze) waren in einer Tötungsstation im Norden, wo es schon sehr kalte Nächte gibt und viel Regen. Unsere Tierschützerin Stella wußte von den Welpen dort und hatte bereits schlaflose Nächte, darum hat sie sie dort rasch weggeholt. Die beiden sind süße Mischlinge Pinscher/Ratonero, bleiben klein und sind richtig Lebensfreudig.
PENNY and PETTY (Petty is the black one) were left at a dog pound and they were really close to their last days of being alive. Stella couldn’t sleep, so the next day she went there to take them out. They’re a mix of Pinscher/buzzard and won`t grow so much, have a lot of energy and eager to live.

ROLLS y ROYCE también son hermanos (Rolls es el negro) y tenia las misma días contados en la perrera. Los dos son machos, y tienen bastante miedo. No están acostumbrados de estar con personas.... Stella llevo estos dos a su casa para socializarlos.
ROLLS (der schwarze) und ROYCE sind auch Geschwister und kommen aus der gleichen Tötungsstation im Norden. Diese beiden sind Rüden und haben noch viel Angst. Sie müssen sich erst an uns Menschen gewöhnen! Daher sind sie bei Stelle in Pflege, um sich rasch mit den Umgang mit Menschen vertraut zu machen.
ROLLS (the black one) and ROYCE are also brothers and they came as well out the same dog pound, both are male and they’re really afraid. They’re not used to be with people… Stella took both home to socialize them.

DONA fui encontrada cerca de un supermercado ( de ahí su nombre!) su cuello y orejas lleno de garrapatas. Menos mal que su test de filarias y de los enfermedades que transmiten las garrapatas fui negativo. Lleva ya dos semanas con nuestro presidente Manolo y esta vacunado!
DONA tiene cerca de 2 años, es muy buena y cariñosa.
DONA wurde in der Nähe eines Supermarktes gefunden. Hals und Ohren waren voller Zecken. Ein Filariatest verlief negativ. Unser President Manolo hat sich ihrer vor zwei Wochen angenommen. Nun ist sie geimpft und sucht eine Familie. Sie ist ca. 2 Jahre, sehr lieb und verschmust.
DONA was found near a supermarket (her name comes from this!) her neck and ears were full of ticks. Thank God her heart worm and tick-borne diseases tests were negative. Since two weeks she`s with our president Manolo and got her vaccinations!
DONA is about 2 years old, very sweet and loving.

JUEVES, DIA DE GUARDERIA

Primero hora de la mañana nuestra voluntaria Rita siempre se hace cargo de dejar los mas pequeños en el jardin para jugar!
First thing in the morning our volunteer Rita is always taking charge to put all small dogs into the garden to play!
Rita sorgt als erstes dafür, dass alle kleinen Hunde erst einmal in den Garten kommen!

Tenemos PANCHO otravez con nosotros. Pancho fui adoptado en la isla por una pareja que lo quieren con locura! Solo ellos viven en un piso y Pancho cuando tiene que estar un ratito solo protesta ladrando. Despues de tener varios problemas con la comunidad del edificio fueron obligados para devolver a nosotros a PANCHO
PANCHO is back with us again. Pancho was adopted on the island by a couple who were madly in love with him! But they live in a flat and when Pancho have to be alone for a while he protests by barking. After having several problems with the community of the complex, they were obligated to give Pancho back to us.
Unser PANCHO ist leider wieder im Tierheim gelandet. Seine neuen Herrchen haben ihn, wenn auch unter Tränen, zurückgebracht. Ja der liebe PANCHO, ist nicht gern allein. Und muss er mal alleine bleiben, dann bellt er. Natürlich kann Pancho lernen allein zu bleiben, aber das erfordert Geduld und auch Zeit. Aber in einem Mietshaus ist das nicht so einfach....

Hasan con AMBAR Y TYSON, pero que hace Hasan con Ambar ahi ariba en la montaña?...o tenia que hacer un pis tambien Hasan?????Romy con LEA, una perra muy cariñosa.

Manolo siempre se hace cargo de nuestro THAYSON Bonsai! Tiene ahora 1 año de edad y una fuerza enorme.Manolo lo tiene bien controlado para que EL camino con Thayson y no que Thayson lo arastra!
Manolo is always taking care of our THAYSON Bonsai! He has now 1 year and has a huge force. Manolo got a good control over him, so he is walking Thayson and not the other way around!
Manolo geht immer mit unserem "Zwerg" THAYSON! Nun ist er schon fast ein Jahr und hat viel Kraft. Manolo hat ihn gut im Griff und Thayson weiß, dass er zu gehorchen hat!

Manolo und Loly verteilten heute Tabletten an alle Hunde (Wurmkur) und um es den Hunden schmackhaft zu machen, wurden sie lecker in Fleischstückchen versteckt.

FIFI CON SU NUEVA DUEÑA!

Ayer salio FIFI a Alemania a nuestro contacto ahi TH Bielefeld. Todos los perros llegaron bien y hoy ya vino la señora Schalter para llevar a Fifi a su casa!Aqui nos manda Michael Hanke la foto de la entrega de FIFI. La señora Schalter no es tan joven, pero perdio su perrito hace poco y la casa era muy vacio sin perro.Tambien Fifi tiene sus añitos y deseamos que los dos tienen muchos años por delante para estar juntos! Por la tarde llamo la señora Schalter al albergue para decir que Fifi era muy bueno y que se senti muy bien en su casa con ella!
Gestern flog FIFI nach Dtl. zu unserem Kontakt nach TH Bielefeld. Alle Hunde sind gut angekommen und heute kam auch gleich Frau Schalter, um ihren FIFI mit nach Hause zu nehmen! Michael Hanke hat uns das Foto geschickt. Wir finden es immer wieder Prima, wenn sich besonders ältere Leute für einen nicht mehr ganz so jungen Hund entscheiden. So haben sie zwar einen betagten, aber auch einen ruhigen artigen Hausgenossen und die Hunde können ihre letzten Jahre, an der Seite eines lieben Menschen verbringen. Wir wünschen Frau Schalter und Fifi noch viele schöne gemeinsame Jahre miteinander.
Nachmittags rief FIFI`s Frauchen auch gleich noch einmal an, um dem TH mitzuteilen, welch lieber Hund FIFI ist, der sich lieb und ordentlich in der Wohnung benimmt!
Yesterday FIFI left to Germany to our contact TH Bielefeld. All the dogs arrived well and today Mrs. Schalter came to take Fifi home. Michael Hanke send us the photo when she was taking Fifi. Mrs. Schalter is not that young anymore, but she lost her dog a while ago and her house was very empty without a dog. Also Fifi is not so young anymore and we wish that the 2 of them have a lot of years together in the future. In the afternoon Mrs. Schalter called the shelter to say that Fifi is a very sweet dog and is feeling very well in his new home with her.
