Der beste Platz war heute am oder im Wasser!!! Ein weiterer Tag mit 35 Grad!!!

Pero parece que los perros se pasaron muy bien sus paseos...porque hoy salieron hasta varios veces! Tambien esta de vacaciones (otravez!!) Anne desde Alemania y siempre es un voluntaria fiel en venir!
But it seems like that the dogs passed their walks very well..... because today they went out several times! Also Anne from Germany is here on holiday again and she is always a faithful volunteer to come and walk the dogs!
Aber es sieht so aus, als wenn die Hunde die Spaziergänge genießen…. denn heute kamen sie mehrfach raus! Auch Anne aus Deutschland verbringt wieder ihren Urlaub auf GC und ist wie immer eine treue Freiwillige, die die Hunde ausführt!

LEA Y OTTO

LEA & OTTO llevan ya un tiempo con nosotros. LEA es un encanto de perra, pero le gusta tambien las gallinas... bueno todo lo que tienen plumas!! !OTTO es un perro algo inseguro y al momento que hay algo nuevo o extraño... su inseguridad y miedos le descontrola un poco. Aqui vuelven los dos de una paseo con Ines, y solo ver una persona no conocido... solo pienso... volver !!!
LEA & OTTO are already quite a time with us. LEA is a lovely dog, but she likes a lot chicken..... well actually she likes everything with plumes!! OTTO is a dog who is a little bit insecure and at the moment there is something new or strange..... he is not controlling his insecure and fear so good.
Here the two of them coming back from a walk with Ines and only seeing a not knowing person..... he is only thinking of ....... going back!!
LEA & OTTO sind schon eine ganze Weile bei uns. LEA ist ein liebenswerter Hund, aber sie liebt Hühner…… eigentlich alles was Federn hat!!! OTTO ist etwas unsicher und sobald etwas Neues oder ungewohntes ist…. hat er seine Unsicherheit und Angst nicht so unter Kontrolle. Hier kommen die beiden vom Spaziergang mit Ines zurück und nur der Anblick einer fremden Person reicht, dass er nur noch zurück will!!

SABADO DE PASEOS, VISITA,MIMOS Y BAÑOS - SATURDAY, WALKS, VISITS, PAMPERING AND BATHING - SAMSTAG – SPAZIEREN, BESUCHE, STREICHELN UND BADEN

Un sabado con muchas tareas, pero primero de todo los paseos de los perros! Malu mas que entrar solo comento.."YO PASEO A SAMY". Y despues de tres meses en el extranjero, hoy nos vino devuelta Angela, que se llevo para un paseo a NOKIA.
One Saturday with a lot of things going on, but first all the dogs went out for a walk! Malu only walking into the shelter saying: "I WALK SAMY". And after being away from the island, Angela returned today and took NOKIA for a walk.
Ein Samstag mit vielen Aufgaben, aber zuerst gingen die Hunde spazieren! Malus erster Kommentar als sie kam: „Ich laufe mit SAMY“. Nach 3 Monaten im Ausland kam Angela wieder und ging mit NOKIA Gassi.


TOUS y BURBY estan ya un poco mas tranquilos y hoy lo hemos paseado solo dentro el recinto para que van acostumbrando poco a poco a un collar y correa.
TOUS and BURBY are a little bit more relaxed now and today we let them walk inside the patio with a collar and a leash so bit by bit they will get used to this.
TOUS und BURBY sind jetzt etwas zutraulicher. Heute liefen sie mit Halsband und Leine im Patio, damit sie sich langsam daran gewöhnen.


De visita vino DINA con su familia! Ella se adopto en primavera y paso el verano en la tierra natal de su familia, Alemania. Ahora esta devuelta y pasara el invierno en la Isla de Gran Canaria. Ya tenia su primer celo y nos vinieron a pedir hora para su proxima esterilización.
DINA esta guapisima y es una perra muy alegre y cariñosa.
DINA and her family came to visit us today! She got adopted in the spring this year and the summer she was in Germany. Now she is back here on the island for the winter. While she was in Germany she had her first heath and they came to make an appointment for her sterilization.
DINA looks very pretty and she is very happy and lovely dog.
DINA und ihre Familie besuchten uns heute! Sie wurde im Frühjahr adoptiert und verbrachte den Sommer in Deutschland, der Heimat ihrer Familie. Jetzt ist sie wieder da und verbringt den Winter auf Gran Canaria. Sie war das erste Mal läufig und sie kamen, um einen Termin für ihre Sterilisation zu vereinbaren.
DINA ist sehr hübsch und ist ein fröhlicher, liebenswerter Hund.
Pero mientras algunos de los voluntarios prepararon los transportines de viaje, otros bañaron a los que van a viajar pronto!
While some of the volunteers are preparing the transport-boxes for the journey, others are bathing the dogs who soon will travel.
Während einige Freiwillige die Transportboxen für die Reise vorbereiten, baden die anderen die Hunde, die bald abfliegen.


MELIKA se marchara con sus cachorros y LENA porfin puede reunirse con su nueva familia en Alemania!
MELIKA is going to leave together with her puppies and LENA finally will be reunited with her new family in Germany!
MELIKA wird zusammen mit ihren Welpen fliegen und LENA wird endlich mit ihrer neuen Familie in Deutschland vereint sein!

Aunque NOKIA todavia tiene que esperar un poco mas para salir, hoy tambien paso por un tratamiento de limpieza!
Although NOKIA has to wait a little bit more to leave, she also had her bath today!
NOKIA muss zwar noch ein bisschen auf ihre Abreise warten, wurde aber heute ebenfalls gebadet!

Y una vez todo el trabajo terminado....tiempo para mas mimos!
Ones all the work was done....... it was time for pampering!

DECORACION Y OBRA EN EL ALBERGUE - DECORATION AND WORKS AT THE SHELTER- DEKO & ARBEIT IN DER HERBERGE

Cor y Rinny, que ya regresaron de sus vacaciones en Holanda, hoy nos quisieron dar una sorpresa.

Primero pusieron un estante en la pared, después colocaron algo y lo cubrieron con un paño.
Cor and Rinny, who returned from their holiday in Holland, wanted to give us a surprise today.
First they have put a shelf on the wall, they placed something on it and covered it with a towel.
Cor & Riny brauchten eine weitere Überraschung aus ihrem Urlaub mit.
Geheimnisvoll wurde es verhüllt.

Pidieron a Renee y Stella que levantasen el paño.................
They asked Renee and Stella to lift the towel up.................
Dann wurden Renee & Stella gebeten, das Tuch zu heben............

......................y aparecieron estos preciosos perritos de adorno que darán la bienvenida a todas las personas que entren en la guardería.
...................... and there appeared to beautiful statues puppies that will welcome all who enter the shelter. 

 .........und es kamen die niedlichen Keramik-Welpen zum Vorschein. Willkommen bei ANAHI!!!

Auch für die Futternäpfe wurden Regale angebracht.

Hoy tambien tuvimos una ayuda excepcional. Carol y Oscar estan pasando unos dias de vacaciones en Gran Canaria y vinieron a nuestro albergue a trabajar y terminar de levantar la pared de la jaula que tenemos a medio construir.

Also we had some exceptional help today. Carol and Oscar are having some holidays her in Gran Canaria and they came to our shelter to work and finish the wall of the cage we have half finished.

Heute kamen auch Carol & Oscar, die Urlaub auf Gran Canaria machen, um  an den halbfertigen Zwinger weiter zu bauen.

A pesar que el calor era insoportable, se pasaron toda la mañana amasando cemento, y colocando bloques a pleno sol. Y eso que están de vacaciones !!!!

With the insupportable heath, they spent all morning kneading cement and putting blocks. And this while they are on holiday!!!!

Zuerst haben beide, bei großer Mittagshitze, den schweren Transport  entladen. Zementsäcke, Steine usw. Und danach mit der Arbeit begonnen und ganz schön viel geschafft.
Und das im Urlaub!!!

BEAR NUESTRO NIÑO GRANDE - BEAR OUR BIG KID - BEAR UNSER GROSSES KIND

A la hora de la limpieza es cuando BEAR se alegra mucho! Esto quiere decir... PASEO!!!!!
When it is cleaning time BEAR is always getting very happy! Because this means... GOING OUT!!!

Bear ist immer begeistert, wenn die Putzkolonne anrückt. Denn er weiß jetzt geht es raus, zum Spazieren!!!! 

Hoy tenia un largo paseo con Eugen que esta completamente enamorado de el! Pero Eugen vive en Alemania y la Ley no permiten que las razas como la de BEAR entran.
Today he had a long walk with Eugen who completely fell in love with him! But Eugen is living in Germany and the law is not allowing the breeds like BEAR coming into Germany.

Heute verbrachte Bear einen langen Ausflug mit Eugen, der total begeistert von Bear ist und ihn am liebsten mit nach Dtl. nehmen würde!!! Doch leider geht das ja nicht, da BEAR ein Listenhund ist und somit die Einfuhr nicht erlaubt!

Despues de un largo paseo, jaula limpia y un buen plato de comida, BEAR se quedo asi de tranquilo....tiempo para una siesta!
After a his long walk, a clean cage and a good dish with food, BEAR is relaxed like this..... time for a siesta!

Nach einem ausgiebigen Ausflug, einem sauberen Zwinger und eine gute Schüssel Futter, ist BEAR total relaxed, also Zeit für ein Mittagsschläfchen.

Los sabados en el Albergue, siempre se pasan volando! Mientras unos estan limpiando, otros pasean a los perros
The Saturdays at the shelter are always flying by! While some are cleaning, other are walking the dogs
Die Samstage in unserem Heim vergehen im Flug! Während einige saubermachen, laufen die anderen mit den Hunden.

Hoy nos visitaron Wiebke y Nico que estan en la isla pasando unos vacaciones.
Today Wiebke and Nico came to visit us who are on holiday here on the island.
Heute besuchten uns Wiebke und Nico, die ihren Urlaub auf der Insel verbringen.

Wiebke tambien es muy activa en una protectora en Alemania y hoy pasaron un par de horas con varios de nuestros perros.
Wiebke is also very active in an animal protector in Germany and today they spend a few hours with several of our dogs.
Wiebke ist eine sehr aktive Tierschützerin in Deutschland. Heute verbrachten sie einige Stunden mit vielen unserer Hunde.















Vaya lio de perros y correas! Pero todos hemos pasado un dia muy agradable y los perros se lo pasaron en grande!
What a mess with so many dogs on the leash! But all hat a nice day and the dogs had a wonderful time!
Ein Gewirr von Hunden und Leinen! Aber alle hatten einen schönen Tag und die Hunde eine herrliche Zeit.
Nos dejaron tambien una donación en dinero, comida y collares! Gracias a los dos y esperemos de volver a verlos pronto!
