DOMINGO Y SALIDAS A ALEMANIA -- SUNDAY AND FLIGHT TO GERMANY

Otra vez un domingo de levantarnos prontísimo! Pero todo por el bien de nuestras mascotas!
Once again, another Sunday waking up really early! But everything for the benefit of our pets!

Hoy salieron Felipe, Monty, Pati, Lara y Fibi! Algunos ya reservados y adoptados, otros con la posibilidad de encontrar su propia familia pronto.
Today Felipe, Monty, Pati, Lara and Fibi went out! Some of them are already reserved and adopted, others with the possibility to have a family soon.

A las 06.30 de la mañana estuvimos todos; Richard, su mama Yaiza, Petra y Renee con nuestros "niños" en el aeropuerto. La familia Bock volvieron y se hicieron padrinos de vuelo! Gracias también a vosotros! Por la tarde hemos recibido la llamada desde Alemania. Todos llegaron bien!
At 6:30 in the morning we were all, Richard, his mum Yaiza, Petra and Renee with our “children” at the airport. Family Bock came back and they were “flight stepparents”! Thanks also to them! In the afternoon we received a call from Germany. They arrived all well!

GUARDERIA SABADO 09/05

Un día soleado con muchos muchos visitantes.
Nos visito Carolina y su marido ellos tienen un perro que también rescataron . Pero ERIK tiene un problema de conducta y es que no sabe estar con otros perros.
A sunny day with many visitors.
Carolina and his husband visited us, they have also a rescued dog. Buy ERIK has a behavior problem, he doesn´t know how to stay with other dogs.




Ellos han visitado adiestradores pero sin resultados positivos así que con la idea de tener otro perrito en casa nos han expuesto su problema. Y como nosotros también tenemos nuestros "CESAR MILLANES" de Anahi nos pusimos manos a la obra. David y Manolo fueron paso a paso.... y este fue el resultado.
They have already visited dog trainers but without positive results, so with the intention of adopting another dog they told us about this problem. And because we´ve also our own “Cesar Millans” from Anahi we started to work. David and Manolo started step by step and this is the result.



Sus dueños se pusieron muy contentos y apenas se creían lo que estaban viendo que no dudaron en ir a buscar su cámara de fotos.
Y más contentos nos pusimos nosotros cuando nos preguntaron si podían llevarse a Amy de acogida con derecho a adopción pues es que ERIK hizo amistad con ella.
His owners were really happy, they nearly couldn´t believe what they were watching so they went for the camera.
And happier we became when they asked us to take AMY as foster house with the possibility of adopting because ERIK and her had good friendship.


Amy es de Maria Tempelman pero lleva de cachorrita en la guardería de Carlos y todos los voluntarios de ANAHI hemos cuidado de ella siempre.
Amy is from Maria Tempelman but she´s been since she was a puppy at Carlos´ kennel and all volunteers from Anahi had taken care of her always.

DIA DE GUARDERIA

HOY DURANTE LOS PRIMEROS PASEOS HEMOS LLEVADO LA CÁMARA Y ENCONTRAMOS EN EL CAMINO ESTE PRECIOSO CACTUS EN FLOR.
Today during the firsts walks we’ve taken the camera and we found on the way this beautiful flowered cactus.

Those were the first ones to go out to the street and Malin came also. She’s close to go for a while to Greece to work.

Y HAY MUCHO CURRO! MEDICACION A LOS PERROS, ALGUNOS NECESITAN EXTRA COMIDA, PONER LAVADORAS, AREGLAR LAS NUEVAS JAULAS...... Y MUCHO MÁS.
And there is much work to do!! Giving medicines to dogs, some of them need extra food, doing the washing, repair new places for dogs… and much more.

Pepo can get into the garden… poor of him, he has never been before with many dogs and he was always in his life used to be tied… it’s a paradise for him. Regina came with Jeanette and they also bring with them a friend from the neighbourhood to help. Also Brigit is here visiting us from Denmark. She brings many toys for the dogs and chocolate to have with the coffee!

Inés trying to open the waterfall to change the water and Tasso was so gentle to help her, while Lorena and Petra were posing for the photo with Sam and Lola… but with podencos Brigit’s presents doesn’t last a lot! There’s nothing funnier than break balls and take out everything from inside!!!

Marlow llego bien en Alemania y Marianne nos cuenta que se adapto muy bien y rápido ahí.
Esta aprendiendo mucho, le encanta pasear por el verde y ya tiene amiguitos! Todos están muy felices con él!

Marlon arrived well to Germany and Marianne tells us that he adapted very well and fast there.

Bart se llama ahora Buck y en la foto esta con su amigo un gato descansando delante la calefacción!
Quien pudo imaginar a Buck en una casa, encima del sofá y durmiendo con un gato!!

Today we received photos and news from;
Bart’s new name is Buck now and in the photo he’s with his friend, a cat, having a rest in front of the heater!
Who could imagine Buck in a house, on the sofa and sleeping with a cat!!

Gizmo fui encontrado por Esther....y estuve mucho tiempo con ella en acogida. Pero sus propios gatos no aceptaron a Gizmo! Ahora esta mas que feliz en el sur de Alemania donde su nuevo dueño lo adoro!

Gizmo was founded by Esther… and he was a long time living with her as foster house. But his own cats didn’t get on very well with Gizmo! Now he’s more than happy in the south of Germany where his new owner loves him!

Las fotos de Shila son muy pequeños.... pero también la podemos ver en su nueva casa! Están muy contentos con ella...y ya cogió algo más de peso!

TEDDY , BUSCANDO UN HOGAR -- TEDDY, LOOKING FOR A HOME

Hola, soy Teddy! una mezcla de Yorkshire Terrier y nací el día 17.04.2008. Fui un regalo a una chica Inglesa. Pero ella se marchó y me dejó a mi atrás .Menos mal que un vecino se hizo cargo de mi pero ahí tampoco puedo quedarme. En ANAHI no hay hueco por el momento y en la casa donde estoy tampoco me puedo quedar mucho mas tiempo. Tengo mis vacunas, pero me falta el chip y la Rabia. Hello, I’m Teddy! A mixed Yorkshire terrier and I was born on April the 17th 2008. I was given as a present to a British girl. But she went away and left me behind. Thank God that a neighbour took care of me but I can not stay there also for longer. There is no place in Anahi for me at the moment and I can not stay for longer in the house where I am now. MINA

Y este es MINA, encontrada por Yaiza, la hermana de Loly. Como tantas sin Microchip. Ya lleva dos semanas en la casa y está vacunada. El test de filarias salió negativo. Cuando Mina entro tenía la piel y las orejas fatal.... llena de pulgas y mordidas por parásitos por todo el cuerpo. Según el veterinario tiene unos 2 añitos. Es muy cariñosa, también con niños y si la dejas está encima de su mama de acogida todo el día. También para Mina buscamos un nuevo hogar!

And this is MINA, founded by Yaiza, Loly´s sister. As many without chip. She’s been for two weeks at her house and she’s been vaccines. Filarial test was negative. When Mina came she had her skin and ears very bad… full of fleas and bitten by many parasites in all her body. The veterinarian says she’s about 2 years old. She’s very loving, also with children and if you let her she’ll be on her foster house mum arms the whole day. We’re also looking for a home for Mina!

NOAH Y ALLIE

Aquí tenemos a Noah (macho) y Allie (hembra), los 2 vivieron en la calle cerca de la casa de Ana (nuestra voluntaria).
Son bastante jóvenes todavía y parece que son hermanos. La próxima semana pasarán por el veterinario para hacerse el test de filarias y vacunarlas. Entonces están listos para su adopción....mientras tanto estarán en acogida con Ana.

Here we have Noah (male) and Allie (female), both lived on the street close to Ana’s home (our volunteer).
They’re still young and they seemed to be brother and sister. Next week they’ll go to the veterinarian to make the filarial test and to put them all the vaccines. Then they’ll be ready to be adopted… until then they’ll be with Ana as foster house.

Nanet y su hijas

El 07 de Marzo entró Nanet, como perra callejera en la casa de Saúl, en Galdar. Fue un sábado y esta niña entro para parir ahí sus 4 cachorritas. Hoy tiene exactamente 8 semanas y hemos recogido a toda la familia.
La más pequeña del grupo nació con una pequeña malformación....le falta su patita delantera...pero se defiende muy bien!
Buscamos para todos ellas un hogar!

On March the 7th Nanet got in, as homeless dog in Saul’s house, in Galdar. It was Saturday and this girl got in to have there her 4 puppies. Today they’re exactly 8 weeks old and we’ve taken all the family with us.
The smallest of the group was born with a little bad formation… she hasn’t her front leg… but she defends herself very well without it!
We’re looking for a home for all of them!

Aquí tenemos a Birdy y Brooke. Brooke tiene algo de miedo...y se esconde todavía un poco, aunque es la más grande de sus hermanas. Birdy ya viene muy rápido cuando la llamas.


Here we have Birdy and Brooke. Brooke is a little bit afraid… and she hides still a little, although she’s the biggest one of all sisters. Birdy comes very fast when you call her.

La señorita tricolor se llama Brenda y también viene rápido cuando la llamas, la enana del los hermanas es Bachi..... claro, no puede correr como sus hermanas....cabe todavía en un mano y es muy pequeñita.

The 3 coloured girl’s name is Brenda and she also comes fast when you call her, the smallest from all is Bachi… of course, she cannot run as her sisters can… she’s so small that you can have it in one hand.

SUSHI BUSCA UN HOGAR

Sushi entró hoy y fue encontrada en el campo....sin Mama, sin hermanos y chillando!!!! Pesa 200 gramos, pero tiene dientes (y por hambre me muerde).Como hoy están los negocios cerrados fui a la Clínica Benartemi donde la veterinaria Miriam la miro, desparasito y paso un chorro de Frontline. Nos dejo comida, litera y arena. Sushi es una hembrita y también para ella buscamos un hogar.

Sushi came today and she was founded out on land… without mum, brothers or sisters and screaming!!! She’s 200 gr. Weight, but she’s teeth (and because she’s hungry, she’s bitten me). Because today all shops are closed I went to Benartemi Clinic where the veterinarian Miriam looked her, put out all the parasites and showered her with Frontline. She lent us food, bed and sand. Sushi is a little female and we’re also looking for a home for her.
