ENCONTRADA y SIN MICROCHIP

Hoy, dia 11.08.2008 me tocaron la puerta de la casa. En el Tablero encontraron un perro atado en plena sol.

Ya hemos dejado carteles en los vet. y esperemos de encontrar su dueño!!!!!!!

es un macho, mayorcito ya y muy bueno.Ya esta en la guarderia donde tiene agua ,comida y sombra.

Today, 11.08.08 they called me as just in front somebody tied a dog under the burning sun, a male, very good one, and we braught fotos to all veterinaries, meanwhilke he is at the kennel.

Heute, am 11.08.08 klopfte man bei mir, gegenüber hatte man einfach einen Hund in der brenneden Sonne angebunden, wir haben Fotos bei allen Terärzten ausgehängt, ein Rüde, sehr lieb, derzeit ist er in der Herberge.

POCHOLO / SANTO

El otro dia vimos a Pocholo que se llama ahora Santo!Pues esta muy bien y Petra y Jurjen nos cuenta que esta cada dia mejor. Ya ladra cuando alquien no conocido esta detras de la puerta, su miedo para bicicletas ,ruidos etc. tambien es cada vez algo menos. Estan muy felices con el y estan seguro que el igual con ellos!The other day we met Pocholo who is now called Santo. He is doing very well with petra and Jurjen, as for a short time he advice as well when somebody comes to the door. And also his fear for bycicles andf noises are getting better.

Dia Guarderia - SABADO 09-

El calor aprieta , a los voluntarios de ANAHI nos encantaría estar también tirados en la playa pero sabemos que ellos nuestros amigos de 4 patas nos esperan cada día de guardería con los brazos abiertos esperando su paseo , sus mimos, y nuestra dedicación.
Y aunque tengamos todos el "moreno obrero" y pasemos un calor terrible paseándolos por el barranco , todos nos vamos con la satisfacción cada día de aprovechar nuestro tiempo libre en ésta labor tan importante y tan agradecida.

Ni el voluntario se llama MARCOS ni lo que tiene colgado al cuello es su mono AMEDIO, es nuestro amigo Juan Antonio con su Kitty encontrada por él días atrás.

Yolanda bañó hoy a más de uno, Conchi dando mimos a nuestro Sultan, Ines que ni su embarazo le impide estar con nosotros al pie del cañón , y Jeanette con Nelsy orgullosa de haber sacado a esta preciosidad adelante después de los tumores que tenía al encontrarla.

En fin, ésta es nuestra segunda casa, aquí pasaremos el verano, aqui lloramos , aquí reímos, se nos olvida que hay un mundo fuera detrás de la puerta.

SALIDA Y ENTRADA

Este es Nestor....el fui adoptado aqui en la isla cuando era solo un cachorito pero por razones personales tuvieron que devolverlo a ANAHI...
Desde hoy esta Nestor en la guarderia, esperando que alguien lo da una nueva casa. Es muy bueno y tranquilo y falta poco de cumplir su primer año de vida.

This is Nestor, he was adopted here on the island but due to personal reasons they gave him back to ANAHI. So as from today this young boy who is almost now 1 year old is staying with us in the shelter and waiting to be adopted again.











Hoy nos vino Maria Jesus, muy conocida y vino a buscarse una nueva perrita......y la decision no fui nada dificil. LENA era la eligida y muy contentas las dos se salieron a casa de los mas rapido!

Today came Maria Jesus to make us a visit. She is an old friend of Anahi and she was looking for a new dog.The decision was made very quick.... Lena was the one she wanted to take with her. So they left us both very happy!!!!

GUARDERIA Y NUEVAS ENTRADAS

Primera hora de mañana vino Elke con Kimba para retirar los puntos.Kimba fui operada para castrarla y Elke se ofrecio de coger la en acogida con derecha a adopción. Kimba esta perfecta y muy guapa.

Elke came early in the morning to for taking away the stitches of Kimba. Kimba was operated and castrated.Elke took her jome to foster her with the possibility for adoption. Kimba looks perfect!

Aquí tenemos a Vania (la clarita) encontrado por Domingo y Yolanda. Tiene mas o menos 1 año y la peq. Kitty.
Kitty no tiene ni 6 meses ,lo encontro Juan Antonio en Vecindario.
Here we have Vania (the blondy one) who was found by Domingo and Yolanda.She is aout 1 year old and the small Kitty who is almost 6 months old. She was found by Juan Antonio at Vecindario.

Como Jorge esta trabajando otra vez en el Hotel esta Ines de vez en cuando para ayudar a Carlos. Ann y Hasan, presente como siempre para pasear los perros y darlos mimos.

Y ya estan devuelta Yolanda y Domingo de las vacaciones, ya falta poco que terminen tambien las vacaciones de David...asi bienvenido a todos!

Jorge started to work again in the hotel so Ines will help Carlos so now and then. Ann and Hasan , present as always for walking the dogs and giving them a little more atention. Domingo and Yolanda are back again from holidays....and in a few days david will be back again as well. So welcome back home to everybody!

A L F

Vaya susto hemos tenido con Alf.Este mañana en el paseo con todos los perros Alf desaperecio.....

estuvimos todos buscando pero tambien tuvimos irnos al trabajo.Avisamos a Petra que tambien vive cerca y que entra mas tarde en el trabajo. Ella aviso a Romina y asi todos buscando por el barrio a Alf. Sobre las 12 recibi una llamada de Javis de Fundgrube.Resulta que encontraron ahi un perro desde la mañana y preguntando un poco.....que alegria!!!! ea Alf!
This morning we lost Alf during his walk in the morning. While Alf is completely def it was not easy to look for him! As we had to go to work as well we called everyone who lives close around the place we lost him for looking for him too. Around 12 we received a phonecall from Javis from the Fundgrube telling us that they had a dog overthere as from around 8 in the morning. After asking a little, what a suprise!!! It was our Alf!

PURDI

Purdi entro hace poco en la clinica en Las Palmas por una herida muy feo en el lomo. Tenia como un abceso muy infectado. Desde el sabado Purdi esta devuelto con nosotros y aunque sigue con el collarin ya no necesita la venda. La herida esta casi curado! Asi en breve Purdi viaja a Alemania donde una familia lo esta esperando.Purdi had a bad infection in his back leg and was brought to the clinic in Las palmas. It was completely infected and needed to be treated over there. Las saterday Purdi came back again to the shelter. He still needs some cures once a day, but we could take away the bandage so the wound will get better sooner with fresh air. Purdi has been reservated and wil leave us soon to go with his new family.

D U L C E

BUENAS NOTICIAS de Dulce....
Ella fui recogida en su dia, atropellado por un coche....Entro en quirofano y con la mala suerte despues de un tiempo se partio un de los tornillos. Asi a Dulce lo operaron por la secunda vez.
Ayer se hicieron las ult. placas y por fin podemos decir que el hueso esta totalmente pegado otravez. Asi Dulce esta ya curada! Ahora necesita su propio hogar. Durante todo este tiempo esta en casa de cogida entre Romy y Petra.
Dulce aunque tiene un par de años es una perra con mucho ganas de jugar. De verdad se lleva bien con todos los perros, joven, cachorros o perros ya adultos. Esta muy pendiente de sus cuidadores y solo quiere hacer feliz a quien esta a su lado!Esperemos que alguien se anima de adoptarla!

Good news about Dulce. She came to us after a car accident where her back leg was broken. So she was operated, after a coup0le of weeks she had to be operated again while one of the screws who are inside her leg was broken again. Poor Dulce had to enter again for operation. But now some weeks after this we made yesterday the last XR s and there was to be seen that her bones are completely ok and growing togehter again. She has a very sweet caracter and although she is a couple of years old, she loves to play. Also she is very kind to all other animals, never showing a bad face. Since her operations she is at fosterhomes between Romy and Petra.Dulce only wants to please to her people.We would like to find for her a nice family who can give her all the love and time she needs. She will pay you back double!

GUARDERIA Y ADOPCIONES

Ya estamos en Agosto... y se nota el CALOR!!!!!!!!Hasta los perros están al mediodía que no quieren salir mas a la calle.Todos buscando la sombra. Purdi ya ha vuelta de la clínica y tenemos que hacer curas 2 veces al día.

Month of August already ....and we can feel it with the heath!!!!!!!! Also the dogs do not even want to come for a walk after midday. So everybody looking for a little shadow. Purdi has come back from the clinic and needs attention twice a day, but he is much better.



Tiempo por un café y tarta, como Hannelore sigue viniendo los sábados nos vamos a poner todos...... ( Hannelore es de la panederia/pastelería en el edificio DOÑANA en Patalavaca)

Kenzo ya cansado del calor, viaje y caminata......Y una gran sorpresa nos trajo hoy Daida. Pienso y golosinas para nuestras mascotas! Gracias Daida en nombre de ANAHI y nuestros perros!
Time for a coffee and some cakes, if Hannelore will come every saterday.... we will be spoiled! (Hannelore has a small bakery en Patalavaca in the building DOÑANA). Kenzo completely broken after a long trip in car, than the heath and his walks. Big suprise came today with Daida, she brought us a lot of animals food and some cookies as well. Thanks Daida in the name of ANAHI and all the dogs!



también vino Susanna con su marido... ellos nos han ofrecido de hacer nuevas puertas en la guardería y hoy vinieron para coger medidas. Los papas de Ché también nos hicieron hoy una visita.
Today came Susanna with her husband, they offered us to change all the doors in the shelter. But to make new doors, you first have to take the measures!Also the family from Ché made us a visit today.



Y aquí tenemos a TRUCO con su nueva familia. Sonia y Ismael encontraron a el por la calle, bueno es que Truco lo encontró a ellos!!!! Como tienen ya un perro de nombre Goofy, si el guapo ahí con su gorro, y una casa mini..... nos pidieron ayuda. Es que a Truco tuvimos que extirpar un ojo........Pero también para Truco salio su jugada muy bien...... Ya han cambiado de casa para tener mas espacio para los dos.Seguro que Goofy comento a Truco... no te alejas, este gente también salvaron a mi de la basura con 20 días de vida.......y mira que bien estoy.En hora buena y gracias también a vosotros de adoptar oficialmente a TRUCO



Truco was found by Ismael and Sonia, well he found them! And while he had a big infection in his eye and they already had a dog and a very small appartment , they came to ask us for help.When we accepted Truco, he was been castrated, an operation to take away his eye and this couple took care of him after the operation, togehter with their dog Goofy, the handsome one with his cap.But everything went wel for Truco, The couple changed appartment with a little more space.... sufficient for 2 dogs! Thank you very much for adopting oficial of TRUCO.

Y cuando casi termino la mañana de guardería nos volvieron este parejita para buscar un perrito para adoptar. Ellos ya estuvieron con nosotros....pero con tantos perros la elección no es tan fácil, ademas con una niña pequeña también es mejor de pensarlo 2 veces y no coger asi por capricho. Despues de hablar y pensarlo otra vez , hemos decidido que ellos se llevan por una semana a nuestra Daisy...... ella es una perro ya adulta, lo cual siempre es mejor con niños pequeños en casa, también es joven suficiente par adaptarse a la nueva familia.Ademas Daisy tiene un carácter muy dulce y estaremos casi seguro que la proxima semana ya nos vienen para decir que Daisy se queda para siempre con ellos!
And when almost ended our visit to the shelter today, this couple came again for an adoption. They already visited us, but to choose a dog with so many to dogs, and having a young child....it is always better to think well about it. Also it is better with such a young child to take a adult dog, still sufficient young to addapt herself to her new family. And we think that with daisy with her sweet caracter it will be a good choise. They already signed the papers.... but we let them try this week to see if everything will go well.

LOS 3 CACHORROS

Aqui las ult.fotos de los 3 cachorros. estan cada dia mejor. Ya han tenido su primer vacuna y estan muy despiertas. La patita de Bimbo esta partida, pero ya cada vez se mueve algo mas.
la primera foto es la hembra Annabell, la 2da foto es de Bimbo con los ojos azules . La tercera foto es de Starksy y la ult. de los 3 juntos!
