Lola tiene sarna! Este foto es del martes cuando todavia no tenia un aspecto tan alarmante...pero hoy fue peor...hasta con costras y algo abierto. Asi primera hora de la mañana Lorena y manolo la llevaron al veterinario. Es Sarna...aunque (Menos mal!) no contiagosa!Lola is having scabies!This foto was made on tuesday when it was still not that bad.But today we had to take her to the Vet.So Lorena and Manolo took her there early morning.The vet. confirmed the scabies, but it is a NOT transmissible one!
Visita de familia! En la foto izq. la familia de Danny (Michèle) y a la derecha Felisa y su hija Merche (Madre y hermana de Felix) Felisa ya tiene 89 años, y muchos de los voluntarios la conosen, porque ella tambien fui una gran voluntaria en sus estancias aqui en la isla!Ahora con la edad, falta de vista.... ya no puede pasear los perros.Family visitors! the picture on the left is family de danny (Michèle) and on the right is Felisa with her daughter Merche. (mother and sister from Felix)Felisa is having now 89 years and many of our volunteers know here very well. She was always a big help and volunteer when she visited our Island.But now with the age and some seeing problems it is her impossible to walk dogs.
Petra con nuestra peq. Chispa! Chispa es un encanto de perra con los de 2 patas....pero los que tiene mas de 2..... mejor quitarse del medio! Los podencos en grupo pequeño en el jardin. Amy esta entrando en celo.... y los machos nos avisaron rapido!
Varios de nuestros machos fueron hoy llevado a su cita con el quirofano! CHICO/CHICHO/INDY/TYSON se castraron hoy y por la tarde Lorena y Manolo lo recogen otravez para bajarlos a la guarderia.Petra with our small Chispa. Schispa is lovely with all the ones with 2 legs....but impossible with the ones with more than 2 legs! So we always need to take care that she will not meet any other dog on her way. The podencos only with a small group in the garden. Amy is getting her heath and the male one adviced us quickly. A couple of our male ones had an appiontment today for their operation. CHICO/CHICHO/TYSON/ INDY has been castrated today and this afternoon Lorena and Manolo picked them up again from the vet.
Entre tantos viajes hoy al veterinario, Manolo todavia tenia tiempo para pasear y jugar un poco con Anneli en el jardin.Manolo had to go a couple of times to the vet. to bring the dogs there today but in between he still had time to walk some dogs and play with Anneli in the garden.
Ambar muy mimosa...esperando que vuelve su hijo Tyson ...y Lieke cepillandola para quitar los pelos muertos.Ambar always coming for a hug... and Lieke giving her a good brush for taken away all the dead hairs.
